Exchange and Return Policy — AURA NUDA. At AURA NUDA, we want you to fall in love with every piece you choose. However, we understand that sometimes something may not fully meet your expectations. In these cases, you can return or exchange your item easily and securely

Return Period. According to Portuguese law, you have 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. To begin the process, send an email to geral@auranudalifeware.com with the order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Return Conditions. The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and with the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except if the item is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is incorrect—in these cases, the costs will be covered by AURA NUDA. Personalized items, sale items, jewelry, fragrances, and personal care products are non-refundable. Gift cards and shipping are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at geral@auranudalifeware.com with photos of the item. We will replace, repair, or refund it as appropriate.

Refunds. Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the status of your refund. If approved, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges. If you wish to exchange for another item or size (if applicable), please contact us at the same email address. Priority service will be given based on stock availability.
